Subscription and Refund Policy

Ongoing Subscription or Listing

By creating an account with City Click Media and Saltwater Advisor and providing a Payment Method, you agree to pay City Click Media and Saltwater a subscription or listing fee and any applicable taxes and service fees on a designated cycle for the Service (collectively, the "Subscription Fee or Listing Fee"). 

The first Subscription Fee or Listing Fee will be charged to your Payment Method on the date City Click Media and Saltwater Advisor confirms your Subscription or Listing purchase. Thereafter, the Subscription Fee or Listing Fee will be charged to your Payment Method by City Click Media and Saltwater Advisor on a recurring basis in accordance with your designated cycle.

Billing Cycle

For Subscriptions or Listings obtained through City Click Media and Saltwater Advisor, your billing will be processed by City Click Media and Saltwater Advisor or its authorized vendor(s), each upon your sign-up. The Subscription Fee or Listing Fee will be billed at the time you establish your Subscription or Listing and on an ongoing, regular basis unless you cancel your Subscription or Listing. Please note that billing cycles may vary. Note that the timing of your billing may change (i.e. in the event of a problem with your Payment Method, such as an expired credit card). You should confirm the applicable billing policies prior to establishing your Subscription.

Updating Payment Method

You may update your Payment Method by signing in at saltwateradvisor.com or cityclickmedia.com and going to Billing Information.

If at any time City Click Media or Saltwater Advisor is unable to charge your Payment Method for the subscription or listing fee due to insufficient funds, expired or invalid account details, or otherwise, you remain responsible for the cost of such subscription or listing fee.

A change in your Payment Method may result in changes to your prior billing cycle. It is your responsibility to update and maintain the Payment Method associated with your subscription or listing fee. In the event your Payment Method is unable to cover the subscription or listing fee, City Click Media and Saltwater Advisor reserve the right to suspend your respective accounts and access to the Service, until such time as the Payment Method has been updated to permit the City Click Media and Saltwater Advisor to charge the subscription or listing fee.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Subscription or Listing at any time. Please note that you must cancel your Subscription or Listing before it renews for a subsequent month or year in order to avoid being charged for the next month's or year’s Subscription or Listing Fee. If you cancel your Subscription or Listing, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current monthly or yearly Subscription or Listing period.

No Refunds

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION OR LISTING. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS OR LISTINGS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-MONTH or MID-YEAR. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your Subscription or listing until the end of the monthly or yearly billing cycle.
